Example: A NY State order falls in the zone of 2 transit days. If you order by Monday 3:30 pm eastern time, you would receive your order on Wednesday. An order going to northern CA would receive a free 3 day upgrade and take 3 business days, so an order placed by 3:30 pm eastern time on Monday would arrive Thursday.
United States Postal Service (USPS) is available for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or United States Military Addresses (APO, AP, FPO) at domestic prices. Individual rates will vary based on your location and shipping weight of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping or 3 day upgrade for these orders.

Customs fees, duties, taxes and brokerage fees may be charged upon delivery. These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges at checkout and will be required at the point of delivery to obtain your order. Because duties/taxes vary from one country to another, Blowout Cards has no way of estimating these fees for you at checkout. Please contact your local customs office for the most current fees and rate charge for your area. We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
Card Czar may request additional identification and information before shipping high-value international orders. In some cases, we may require payment via Bank Wire Transfer for high-value international orders.
Customers will receive an order confirmation w/ tracking detail via email after your order has been processed and shipped. Once a package is in transit, Card Czar cannot make any changes to your shipment. If you need to make changes to your delivery sign up for UPS My Choice to manage your shipments while they are in transit.
Domestic UPS Next Day Air orders placed between Thursday, 3:30 PM ET – Friday 3:30 PM ET may be eligible for Saturday delivery. At checkout, leave a comment asking for Saturday delivery and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If an item is damaged in transit, or is an incorrect item, please CONTACT US for replacement details within 48 hours of receipt.
We do not accept any liability for the content of the items we sell. Due to the fluctuating value of sports cards, Card Czar has a no return policy on hobby card singles or Wax & Packs products. All sales are final.

We do accept a 30-day return policy on unopened hobby card supplies, apparel and sports accessories.
Please note that a 10% re-stocking fee applies for any returned merchandise unless it was damaged in transit, has a manufacturer defect, or is an incorrect item. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error. Otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded as they are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be for product costs only.
Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after arrival back in our warehouse, and will be processed back to the payment method used for the transaction. In the event it is not possible to refund back to the original payment method used refunds will be processed to your account as store credit. Once processed, you should see the refunded amount post back to your payment method within 3-5 days depending on your specific financial institution. Refunds processed as store credit will be immediately available for use in your account.
