- All orders to PSA are hand delivered to Card Vault and shipped USPS Priority Mail Insured.
- All orders are sent with signature confirmation.
- Timing on this may vary, but expect product returned to CardCzar, LLC within 3-4 months of - Once cards are returned on location and inspected, request for payment on any up charges or desired return shipping will be invoiced. You will not be charged a return shipping fee if pick up is n-store.
- Card Czar LLC reserves the right to hold the full submission until any up charges or final shipping invoices has been paid and completed.

I aknowledge upon submission of cards that Card Czar LLC is not held responsible for any lost mail by USPS. All packages being shipped from Card Czar is USPS insured with signature approval upon arrival. I aknowledge that Card Czar, LLC does not grade the cards. Card Czar, LLC will review my product and clean as necessary upon submission. Any product damaged by Card Czar staff will be reimbursed by declared value. All product shipped after "estimate date of shipment" may prolong turnaround in time.

Return Policies

The following return policies are for purchases made on cardsczar.com, and do not apply to any purchases made directly at one of our brick and mortar stores.

Shop with Confidence. cardsczar.com guarantees quality products and service. All cards are considered MT/NM MT unless otherwise noted. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If an item is damaged in transit, or is an incorrect item, please CONTACT US for replacement details within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not accept any liability for the content of the items we sell. Due to the fluctuating value of sports cards, Card Czar has a no return policy on hobby card singles or Wax & Packs products. All sales are final.

We do accept a 30-day return policy on unopened hobby card supplies, apparel and sports accessories.

Please note that a 10% re-stocking fee applies for any returned merchandise unless it was damaged in transit, has a manufacturer defect, or is an incorrect item. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error. Otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded as they are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be for product costs only.

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after arrival back in our warehouse, and will be processed back to the payment method used for the transaction. In the event it is not possible to refund back to the original payment method used refunds will be processed to your account as store credit. Once processed, you should see the refunded amount post back to your payment method within 3-5 days depending on your specific financial institution. Refunds processed as store credit will be immediately available for use in your account.
