How will CardCzar ship the cards?

All cards that are priced at $0.15-$2.99 will ship in a penny sleeve and team bag.
Foran additional $0.25, you can purchase a top loader to further protect the card.

All cards that are priced at $3.00+ will ship in a penny sleeve, top loader and team bag.

All cards will ship in a bubble mailer with USPS tracking information.

We are required by law to charge sales tax if the item is being delivered to a state that has a state income tax. This varies state by state and is beyond our control.

May I request a custom delivery option?

If you would like a custom delivery option, you can contact us at info@cardsczar.com to discuss what you need. Additional charges may arise based on your request.

Can I buy items in different currencies on CardCzar?

We use online payment platforms such as PayPal, Venmo and all major credit cards. They have the currency converter built into them.

Does CardCzar ship international?

Yes, we are in the process of building this out, but currently all international shipments will be charged additional shipping based on the actual current rate to ship to your international address.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It all depends on where you live, but we promised to ship and upload tracking information to your order within 24-48 hours of payment being received.

Are returns or exchanges allowed?

If you feel that the item was not properly described in listing,
please email info@cardsczar.com within 24 hours of receiving to discuss your options.

How much does shipping cost?

For all domestic orders, we offer a flat shipping rate of $4.00. This includes a bubble mailer and USPS tracking information.

For all international orders, the shipping cost will be a case by case basis. We will calculate what the shipping cost will be and invoice you that charge.

What form of payments does CardCzar accept?

We accept PayPal, Venmo and all major credit cards.

Are the pics used stock imagery or actual product photography?

All cards that have a imagery on their specific landing page will be the exact card you will be receiving. All autos, jersey cards, low numbered cards, top rookies or cards with a $5+ selling price will have a picture of the exact card you will be receiving. All other imagery may be stock.

May I purchase a gift card?

We will be offering this functionality eventually.

Do you guarantee the condition of the card?

Because of the variable nature of card grading, we will never guarantee the grade of a card. All low-end base will be in NM condition at worst. While autos, jerseys, low numbered cards and high-end rookies will all be in the “pack pulled” condition. We cannot guarantee the quality of the card as it comes from the manufacturer, but will always offer high-resolution scans of the card so you know to expect when you receive the card.

Return Policies

The following return policies are for purchases made on cardsczar.com, and do not apply to any purchases made directly at one of our brick and mortar stores.

Shop with Confidence. cardsczar.com guarantees quality products and service. All cards are considered MT/NM MT unless otherwise noted. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If an item is damaged in transit, or is an incorrect item, please CONTACT US for replacement details within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not accept any liability for the content of the items we sell. Due to the fluctuating value of sports cards, Card Czar has a no return policy on hobby card singles or Wax & Packs products. All sales are final.

We do accept a 30-day return policy on unopened hobby card supplies, apparel and sports accessories.

Please note that a 10% re-stocking fee applies for any returned merchandise unless it was damaged in transit, has a manufacturer defect, or is an incorrect item. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error. Otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded as they are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be for product costs only.

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after arrival back in our warehouse, and will be processed back to the payment method used for the transaction. In the event it is not possible to refund back to the original payment method used refunds will be processed to your account as store credit. Once processed, you should see the refunded amount post back to your payment method within 3-5 days depending on your specific financial institution. Refunds processed as store credit will be immediately available for use in your account.
